Returns & Exchange Policy

At House of Smaya, we strive to offer a satisfying shopping experience. In rare cases where you may wish to return or exchange a product, kindly review the policy below:

Eligibility for Return / Exchange (Domestic Orders)

Returns and exchanges are accepted within 3 days from the date of delivery. Requests for return/exchange will not be accepted for products with saree fall & edging services, readymade/stitched blouses.

All returns/exchanges must be initiated via email at: houseofsmaya@gmail.com. Please include: Order details, Reason for return, for damaged/incorrect items: Attach photographs of the item, price tag, and package.

Return Instructions
  • Once approved by our support team, return the item to: ATTN: House of Smaya, Address: #4816, GF & FF, 18th Cross, V V Nagar, Khallahalli, APMC Market Road, Mandya – 571401, Karnataka. Phone: +91 9632826633.
  • Items must be: In original condition, Unaltered and unused, with all tags intact (Price tag, Silk mark tag if applicable), Saree folding must be intact
  • Reverse pickup available for select PIN codes on damaged/defective/incorrect items.
  • For Free Shipping Orders, a logistics charge of ₹80 per item will be deducted.
  • COD charges are non-refundable.
Refund & Exchange Policy

Refunds or Gift Cards will be processed after receiving and verifying the returned product by our Quality Assurance Team. Refunds will only cover the cost of the product. Other charges incurred (e.g., shipping, COD fees) are non-refundable. Refunds will be credited to the original payment method within 7 to 10 working days. Gift Cards are valid for 3 months and can be used on any product on our website. Exchange allowed only once per order.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations will be considered only if the request is made within 24 hours of placing the order. However, cancellation requests may not be entertained if:

  • The order has already been processed or communicated to vendors/merchants or Shipping has been initiated.
  • For cancellations of paid orders, a 5% Payment Gateway & Website Handling Fee will be deducted.
International Orders
  • Returns and exchanges are not accepted for international orders.
Important Notes
  • House of Smaya is not responsible for product damage due to: Rain, Overuse, Incorrect cleaning, Normal wear and tear.
  • Products bought under SALE or DEAL price are not eligible for exchange.
  • For cancellations of paid orders, a 5% Payment Gateway & Website Handling Fee will be deducted.
