Shipping Policy

At House of Smaya, we are committed to delivering your order accurately, in good condition, and on time. Please read our shipping terms below for both domestic and international orders.

Domestic Shipping (Within India)
  • We offer delivery across India through reputed and registered domestic courier services and/or India Speed Post.
  • Orders are usually processed and dispatched within 0–7 working days from the date of order confirmation and payment.
  • Delivery timelines post-dispatch may vary based on your location and are subject to courier or postal service norms.
  • All products are securely packed in tamper-proof packaging. If you find the package is tampered with or damaged upon delivery, please do not accept the parcel. If accepted, it will be deemed received in proper condition.
  • For orders containing multiple items, all products will be shipped to a single shipping address. If you require delivery to multiple addresses, please place separate orders.
  • Octroi and entry taxes, if applicable in your delivery location, will be borne by the customer.
  • Shipping Charges:
    • Prepaid Orders: Free Shipping (on eligible products).
    • Cash on Delivery (COD): ₹150 cash-handling fee per order.
International Shipping
  • For international buyers, we ship through trusted registered international courier services or International Speed Post.
  • Orders are typically dispatched within 0–7 working days of order confirmation.
  • Delivery may take 5–10 working days, depending on the destination country, customs clearance, and local courier operations.
  • Shipping Charges:
    • Calculated based on the weight of the products and shown during checkout.
    • All international orders are shipped on a DDU (Delivery Duty Unpaid) basis. This means:
      • Product prices and shipping charges do not include customs duties, local taxes, or import fees.
      • Customers are responsible for any import duties, taxes, or fees levied by the destination country.
  • In case the order is refused at customs or returned due to unpaid duties:
    • The shipping fee is non-refundable.
    • We reserve the right to deduct return shipping and processing charges from any eligible refund.
Delays & Liability
  • While we aim for timely dispatch and delivery, House of Smaya is not liable for any delay in delivery caused by courier partners, customs, or postal services.
  • Our responsibility ends upon handing over your package to the courier company.
